Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the natrix.be website, its digital services, its community spaces and the official platforms operated by X9 QI SRL under the Natrix (NTX) brand.

Any use of the site implies acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Who are we?

Natrix is an esport organisation developed by X9 QI SRL.

Our activities include in particular:

• an esport team;
• an academy;
• a Discord community;
• events;
• a shop;
• digital content.

3. Access to the site

The site is accessible free of charge.

Certain features may require the creation of an account or the use of a third-party service (Discord, Stripe, Epic Games, etc.).

X9 QI SRL may modify or suspend all or part of the site at any time in order to ensure its evolution, security or maintenance.

4. User accounts

Where an account is offered, the user undertakes to:

• provide accurate information;
• keep their credentials confidential;
• not impersonate a third party.

The user remains responsible for actions carried out from their account.

5. Community rules

Each user undertakes to behave respectfully.

The following are notably prohibited:

• insults;
• harassment;
• intimidation;
• discrimination;
• illicit content;
• distribution of cheating software;
• spam;
• unauthorised advertising;
• identity theft;
• harm to the image of Natrix, NTX or its members.

This list is given as an example and is not exhaustive.

6. Moderation

In order to preserve the security and proper functioning of the community, X9 QI SRL may notably:

• delete content;
• temporarily suspend access;
• delete an account;
• exclude a member from the community;
• withdraw access to Discord or to an event.

Moderation decisions are taken in light of the general interest of the community.

7. Discord

The official Discord server is a private space administered by X9 QI SRL.

Access to the server is a privilege and not an acquired right.

Failure to comply with these Terms of Use or with the community rules may result in temporary or permanent exclusion.

8. Esport activity

Membership of the roster, the academy or any programme organised by Natrix is governed, where applicable, by a specific contract or set of rules.

In the absence of such a document, no employment, partnership or exclusivity relationship can be presumed.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site remains the property of X9 QI SRL or of their respective owners.

Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.

10. Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party services, in particular:

• Discord;
• Epic Games;
• Stripe;
• Google;
• YouTube;
• Twitch;
• TikTok;
• Instagram.

Each user remains subject to the terms of use of these platforms.

X9 QI SRL cannot be held liable for decisions made by these third-party services.

11. Liability

X9 QI SRL does everything possible to ensure the proper functioning of its services.

However, it does not guarantee:

• permanent availability;
• the absence of interruption;
• the absence of technical error.

Each user remains responsible for the use they make of the information and services offered.

12. Changes to these Terms of Use

These Terms of Use may be modified at any time.

The version published on the site shall prevail.

13. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution.

Failing that, the Belgian courts will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory provisions.
